How to Return
- Email us at support@artbring.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our return instructions and authorization.
- Return the painting in its original packaging, undamaged and unaltered.
- Return shipping is at your expense (except for damaged or incorrect items).
Refunds (for standard artworks):
- You will receive the painting price minus the original outbound shipping cost.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.
Important Notes
- Custom orders (portraits, photo-to-painting, or modified artworks) are generally final sale once delivered, unless the painting arrives damaged or significantly differs from the approved version.
- You must receive and inspect the physical painting before requesting a return — we cannot process returns based only on photos.
- Frames are generally non-refundable.
