Can I return a painting?

How to Return

  1. Email us at support@artbring.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for our return instructions and authorization.
  3. Return the painting in its original packaging, undamaged and unaltered.
  4. Return shipping is at your expense (except for damaged or incorrect items).

Refunds (for standard artworks):

  • You will receive the painting price minus the original outbound shipping cost.
  • Refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.

Important Notes

  • Custom orders (portraits, photo-to-painting, or modified artworks) are generally final sale once delivered, unless the painting arrives damaged or significantly differs from the approved version.
  • You must receive and inspect the physical painting before requesting a return — we cannot process returns based only on photos.
  • Frames are generally non-refundable.
