We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Here’s what we offer:

1. Approval Guarantee (Before Shipping)

Once your painting is finished, we’ll send you clear photos for review. You can request revisions until you’re fully satisfied before we ship it.

2. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee (After Delivery)

For standard artworks, you have 30 days from delivery to return the painting if you’re not completely satisfied.

  • The painting must be undamaged and in original packaging.
  • You’ll receive a refund for the painting price minus the original outbound shipping cost.
  • Return shipping is your responsibility.

Important Notes:

  • Custom orders (portraits, photo-to-painting, etc.) are generally final sale after delivery unless the painting arrives damaged or significantly differs from what was approved.
  • Portraits that you approved before shipping cannot be returned for change of mind.
  • The guarantee applies only to the original buyer.
