What if my painting is damaged during shipping?

We pack every painting with great care and insure all shipments.

In the rare case that your painting arrives damaged:

  1. If possible, refuse delivery or note the damage with the carrier.
  2. Immediately contact us with clear photos of:
    • The damaged package
    • The shipping label
    • The painting itself

We will arrange for pickup or provide a return shipping label. Once we receive the damaged item, we will create a new painting for you at no extra cost and ship it as quickly as possible (usually within 10 business days).

We do not offer refunds for shipping damage. Instead, we focus on replacing the artwork quickly so you receive a perfect painting.
